I have completed the course but I don't have a bankruptcy ID. What can I do?
  We cannot issue a certificate without a valid bankruptcy ID number. When you receive your bankruptcy ID number, simply return to our website and update your information. Then, send us an email to let us know about the update, and we will email you your certificate.
I have paid but the system keeps requesting a payment. What can I do?
  We apologize for this unusual delay. Please email us with your name (or the name under which payment was made) and we will manually update your account status to reflect payment.
Is my user name or password case sensitive?
  No, user names (login IDs) and passwords are not case sensitive.
What type of payment methods can I use?
  We support the following methods:
  1. You may use any major credit or debit card or your own personal PayPal account.
  2. If you are working with a Bankruptcy Attorney, (s)he may have provided you with a 9-digit registration code. You may use this code to sign up for our services.
  3. You can pay by money order. If you need to pay this way, purchase your money order, register, enter your money order's information on the payment page and mail your money order to us. You can take the course right away, but we will only release your certificate when we receive your money order.
What is the 9-digit Registration Code?
  If you are working with a Bankruptcy Attorney whose Law Office has a direct billing arrangement with us, your attorney may provide you a registration code that allows you to sign up for this site.
Is there a time limit for taking the on-line course?
