- This course is being provided by National Personal Finance Education, Inc., dba 50-30-20 MoneyPlan (NPFE).
- The cost of the course in $14.95 per person. This is the only and maximum amount that NPFE may charge for the services detailed below. There are no additional costs.
- The course is offered without regard to debtor student's ability to pay. We will waive the course fee for persons who received a fee waiver for their pre-filing credit counseling course, received a waiver for the bankruptcy court filing fee, or whose attorney is working on their case pro bono.

The services being provided to you are:
- You will have access to an online personal financial management instructional course approved by the Executive Office of the United States Trustees to meet the requirements of the bankruptcy law. NPFE is approved to issue certificates evidencing completion of personal financial management instructional course in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of a Provider's services.
- Upon completion of the course your Certificate of Debtor Education will be issued within 1 hour. Exceptions to this include when the Department of Justice’s Central Certificate Generating System is unavailable for issuing certificates or if we need to verify your bankruptcy case information or course progress.
- Your Certificate of Debtor Education will be available to you from your online account that you create during registration.
- Your Certificate of Debtor Education will be emailed to you at the email address you provide during registration.
- Your Certificate of Debtor Education will be emailed to your attorney at the email address you provide during registration.

The following are NOT the responsibility of 50-30-20 MoneyPlan / National Personal Finance Education, Inc. and are not part of the services being provided to you:
- Ensuring that the emailed Certificate of Debtor Education reaches you. We have no control over whether the email address you provide is correct or whether a junk mail filter blocks our email. Please get your Certificate from your online account on our website.
- Ensuring that the emailed Certificate of Debtor Education reaches your attorney. We have no control over whether the email address you provide is correct or whether a junk mail filter blocks our email. Please call your attorney to make sure they have received your Certificate.
- Ensuring that your Certificate of Debtor Education is filed with your bankruptcy court on time. Please contact your attorney’s office to make sure that this is done.
- The course was designed by our President, Richard H. Serlin. An MBA from the top ranked University of Michigan, Richard teaches personal finance as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Arizona.
- The course is offered online via the internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No appointment is necessary. Course progress is saved and course can be resumed at a later time.
- Neither NPFE, nor any of its owners or officers pays or receives fees or other consideration for the referral of debtor students to NPFE's online course.
- The course does not contain any commercial advertising, and NPFE does not promote, market or sell financial products; solicit business of any type; or sell information about the debtor to any third party without the debtor's permission.
- Any questions or comments will be answered within maximum one business day.
